<p>I have used Scot for the purchase and sale of 4 properties. I highly recommend him.<br /> Scot listens; he gets to know you and what you are looking for. When purchasing, Scot shows you homes that suit your needs and is a knowledgeable on Calgary neighborhoods and property assessments. (He's lived in Calgary his whole life so he has unique insight into Calgary's urban planning!)</p> <p>Scot is a personable, genuine guy, who operates with professionalism and integrity. You don't feel like you're talking to a salesperson, he's more of a consultant. And that is what I value, someone who: I feel comfortable with, understands my needs and limitations, and makes the experience of home ownership as smooth as possible.</p> <p>Scot takes pride in his work and I will continue to use his expertise for future purchases.</p>

<p>As a first time home buyer i was quite nervous to enter the market. This all changed after my first meeting with Scot. i quickly realized i had a hardworking, professional and trustworthy agent on my side. Scot put just as much effort into finding me my dream home as he did educating me on real estate and properties. With my lack of knowledge and experience i found myself quickly getting attached to properties based on aesthetic touches. Scot would remain positive but insist i knew the actual values in the properties themselves. His availability and response times were extremely impressive throughout the whole process. I would call to see if we could go look at a new listing and Scot would have it done and we would be on our way ASAP. I was able to reach him on his mobile at anytime. If he did not answer he was returning my call within minutes.Scot not only found my dream home but put me in touch with an incredible lawyer, broker and home inspector. I will use Scot for all my future real estate transactions and will strongly recommend him to anyone i know looking to purchase/sell a home. Great guy who works tremendously hard while making it look effortless. To this day i still contact Scot for any help regarding my property.</p>

<p>Scot is a very outgoing, friendly and informative person. He is honest and knows his market. It's hard to find someone who is not pushy and just trying to make the sale. He's one of a few who works for you and not himself. Great experience, would recommend him to anyone!</p>

<p>Scot is an excellent realtor. After our first day of viewing houses he picked up on elements I liked and disliked even when I wasn’t able to articulate these features myself. He operates on a flexible schedule, and responds quickly to calls, texts and emails. As this is my first home, I also relied on Scot to help with the process, such as finding legal services and how payments work, and he was more than willing to answer all my questions. Scot clearly enjoys his work, and he shared in my excitement when we found my (amazing!) place. I also moved in to find a wonderful welcome basket – a generous, nice touch. I definitely would recommend Scot if you’re looking to buy (or sell) a home!</p>
