<p>We have used Scot on a number of occasions. He is very knowledgeable, patient, professional and has a superior marketing product than many of his peers. We have sold 3 houses with Scot and he has always fetched us near asking price. He definitely goes above and beyond to get the best deal for his clients. Our most recent experience was finding our next house for at least the next 15 plus years. He was patient helping us see over 50 houses over a 6 month period and not once did he push a house on us. He was there every step along the way until we found the one house and helped us get it for under market value. We will use Scot for as long as he's in the business. We trust his 110% to do what's in his clients best interest. He's definitely a standup agent that we would recommend for anyone wanting sell or buy their next dream home.</p>

<p>Scot had a strategic and thoughtful plan for the sale of our first home. We had numerous conversations regarding pricing and timing and he was available 24/7. It worked out very well for us and we received an offer we couldn't refuse. Scot coached us through the process, advised us on a variety of tactics based on his experience and our home sold over list price. <p>Scot is an amazing realtor. He was able to arrange showings for us on a short notice, spent as much time as we needed by looking at many houses in one day, and pointed out flaws in each property and neighborhood. He is very positive, and we've never felt pressure from him.</p>

<p>Scot was my realtor as I searched for a home through the summer of 2016 until a deal closed December 1, 2016. He was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process but I believe his greatest asset is his experience - the ability to recognize what is right for his client, accessing the value of a condo/building or house, and transforming his wealth of knowledge from previous transactions into proper decisions while looking for a home. I would highly recommend Scot and will be using him on all future property transactions.</p> <p>While looking for a home over the ~6 months and not knowing exactly what I wanted (whether condo, townhouse, or detached), Scot was patient and worked with my very busy schedule to view properties and answer any other questions I had. At one point we had made an offer on a condo that did not work out. We walked away from the deal and I believe this speaks to Scot's professionalism and desire to find a home that will make his client happy, and not just close a deal.</p> <p>After the offer was put in and accepted (on the home I now live in) Scot continued to work hard for me. He laid out the next steps I would need to take - something that as a first time buyer I really needed - and gave me very good recommendations on a mortgage broker and home inspector. (At no point in time did he make me feel pressured to use these services he simply answered my question when I asked if he knew any good ones.) I ended up using the home inspector who exceeded my expectations, I would have not found him without Scot's recommendation.</p> <p>I could not be happier with the whole process, and again, I would highly recommend Scot and will be using him on all future property transactions.</p>
