<p>Scot is an excellent realtor! He made our hunt for a perfect home from 2 provinces away a great experience. He was patient, and organized. We veiwed 28 homes in 2 days over a weekend trip to Calgary. We are so happy with our new home. We would recommend him to anyone, and we have, and they loved him too :)</p>

<p>Having Scot being our buying agent was the best experience we've had with real estate. Every appointment he was on site before the specified time, we never had to wait. He texts, phones, leaves voicemails if required, and e-mails - all communication lines were covered. There was absolutely ZERO pressure to "hurry up and make a decision." We could see he genuinely cared we found the right house, and put 100% effort in from day one up until the end a few weeks later. His online "portal" viewing website for listings was simple, and effective. Very sociable, easy going, knowledgeable, and just a great guy overall.</p>

Having been born and raised in the city - his knowledge of value and history of the places was truly remarkable and something most agents couldn't offer! With me being new to the city, Scot took the time to properly educate me and let me experience different neighbourhoods to understand which ones fit my needs the best. He was patient throughout the entire process.... and also very consultative! I admired that wanted to make sure that the place we found fit all of the requirements that I had - and also that it was a quality house. He often pointed out things that my un-educated home-buying eye would not notice. He truly wanted to make sure that the purchase would become a long-term, well-thought out and loved home. With communication, his follow-up was immediate and he was incredibly flexible to work around my schedule! From the first meeting where he explained his thorough analysis of the market to determine pricing, to explaining the additional documents that needed to be requested to complete a condo sale to wrapping up the sale of our property he was professional, personable, and open. Scot had an excellent marketing plan including the use of publications, computer listings and social media. He was in frequent contact by phone, text and email to notify us of all showings and status of our property. We actually sold our home three times (two of the deals fell through due to buyer issues) and Scot provided sound advice and guidance in negotiations.
