Samanda has been our hero in helping with finding our forever home. Her in depth knowledge of the Sault and area was essential in us sidestepping some "mistakes" we likely would have made with out her. Over a year ago I had a by-chance run in with Samanda at an open house. Many, many houses later she not only found our new home on the dream street but sold our house in a very timely manner. Samanda never gave up on our house search, was always quick to respond to texts and phone calls and was very knowledgeable on the historic housing district. She was crucial in pointing out positive and negatives about a property, along with letting us know the current housing market trends. We quickly found the house that suited our needs and Samanda did an exceptional job negotiating the deal. She helped in removing a good deal of the stress of negotiating and ended up getting us our new home at a price that was very comfortable for us. She was also kind enough to recommend a mortgage broker which resulted in us getting a much better rate. She also recommended lawyers and answered any questions we had throughout the entire process. Thanks to Samanda, we were able to find the perfect home for our growing family!
