I absolutely would recommend working with Samanda to anyone who asked! My husband and I had two separate visions when buying a house. My husband had specific needs and wants and I had totally different needs and wants. Samanda was patient and worked with us individually and as a couple to come up with the perfect recommendations! We ended up buying our forever home with her. We cannot thank Samanda enough for all her hard work and tenacity over the last few months. This was an estate listing, the family home for 53 years. Samanda was excellent at conducting a business transaction while respecting our personal situation.
