Several months before we were ready to sell, she looked at the house and gave us useful advice on projects we should do and shouldn’t do to maximize our profits. Samanda also studied sales from the prior year to see when might be the best time to list the house and studied recent sales to price the house accurately. We were very, very pleased with the results!
