We highly recommend Samanda as a realtor! She was very knowledgeable, took her time with us at every showing we went to, and was patient (very patient!!) with us and our long list of “must-haves”. We are so happy with her assistance in selling our home and buying our dream home!

She was very knowledgeable of current markets, right on with listing price and very skillful and knowledgeable when It came to discussing and negotiating offers. This was an estate listing, the family home for 53 years. Samanda was excellent at conducting a business transaction while respecting our personal situation. Her knowledge of the market was fantastic. We had to concede after a few days that she was bang on the money for the listing price. Always a professional she also has a wonderful ability to bring her positive attitude to all conversations no matter how difficult. I would absolutely recommend Samanda to anyone buying or selling.
