Samanda has been our hero in helping with finding our forever home. Over a year ago I had a by-chance run in with Samanda at an open house. Many, many houses later she not only found our new home on the dream street but sold our house in a very timely manner. She was crucial in pointing out positive and negatives about a property, along with letting us know the current housing market trends. She helped in removing a good deal of the stress of negotiating and ended up getting us our new home at a price that was very comfortable for us. She was also kind enough to recommend a mortgage broker which resulted in us getting a much better rate. She also recommended lawyers and answered any questions we had throughout the entire process.
