By far Samanda was the best realtor we have ever worked with. She genuinely cares about her clients. We live outside Thunder Bay and bought a house in Sault Ste. Marie for our daughter to live in when she goes to school this coming semester. Samanda made the process for us to buy from out of town easy. She truly understood our needs and had our best interests at the forefront throughout the process. She helped us find the perfect house, in a great neighbourhood well with in our budget. She routinely went above and beyond what she needed to do as our realtor. I just wish we could give her more than 5 stars. If you want the best realtor in the Soo Samanda is it!

Samanda is simply amazing. She took care of everything we needed including things that were unexpected. She is warm, friendly and very professional. She had our house sold within a week of posting and got us a fantastic price. Would we recommend her? ABSOLUTELY

Samanda was exceptional to deal with. Even when things were moving along quickly, she returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions. Samanda took the time to explain each step in the process and was very professional at all times. I will certainly be recommending her to my friends and family when they are buying or selling real estate!!

This was my first time buying a house and Samanda provided and excellent experience. She did a great job letting me know about the areas the houses were in and if there were issues providing recommendations. During the actual buying progress, she provided her recommendations on what should be included to ensure that we got the best deal on the home, without making me feel uncomfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend her.

Samanda changed our lives. We had been casually looking at houses for over 3 years, but continued to procrastinate getting our home ready to sell and finding our "forever, big girl" home. When Samanda came over to talk to us she looked at us and said "you have outgrown your house, you have literally used every inch of this house and you need more space". She suggested a few things we could to to prepare our home to sell and said "now lets find your family an amazing home". She made us feel like we were her only priority and only clients. We were nervous but decided to sell our home so we could make an offer without conditions of selling our home and it was the best decision we made. Samanda had us looking at every house that met our "must haves". She knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to see things in homes we looked at that we may not have noticed. Samanda was patient with our nerves and the fact that we occasionally had to bring a child or 2 to a showing. We had over 30 showings of our home and sold it quickly, and looked at a home that we may have missed that turned out to be the absolute PERFECT home for us!!! We are extremely happy and wouldn't have felt so "in control" of selling and buying a home if it weren't for Samanda. She literally knew price trends, market values, home histories and so much more which made this process easy knowing we were considering all factors in our decisions. As a first-time homebuyer I cannot recommend Samanda enough! She provided me insight and guidance at every step of the way and went well beyond my expectations. As we viewed properties she was extremely thorough, honest and made excellent recommendations. On our first introduction I knew IMMEDIATELY I had picked a stellar agent and was so happy she agreed to work with me. 10/10 recommend !
