Royce went above and beyond to help us buy the right house in Calgary when we decided to move from BC to Alberta. We were not from the area and had to look at various communities before deciding on a home in the friendly community of Evanston. Royce made the process extremely efficient because we had a tight timeline to work with. Within just TWO days we saw 20+ house showings, found our ideal house, made an offer, and got accepted. We were able to purchase a house within budget that met a lot of our non-negotiable needs and fulfilled needs we didn’t know we had. Royce’s real estate super powers are definitely sales and negotiation. He doesn’t look as handsome as Harvey Specter but he looks out for his clients’ best interests ;) He will make sure you get the best price for what you want, and provide a custom and strategic approach for each client and every situation possible. I've met and used many realtors in the past, but none came close to the service level that Royce provided. From his experience and knowledge, to his resourcefulness and negotiation skills Royce is top-notch when it comes to the realty game. Ever watch the show Suits? Think of Royce as a less handsome, but equally effective Harvey Specter in realtor form. You want this man on your side. I first used Royce when I was trying to sell my house during a down market at the beginning of 2018 in the middle of winter where the snow melt and dead grass did no favors for the appeal of my house. By taking Royce's advice and making minor, but critical improvements to my house, we managed to attract three interested parties who bid up right near asking price. This was impressive as Royce's asking price for my home was already 5% more than those estimated by several other realtors I was interviewing. He's honest with you and sets realistic expectations, but also fights tooth and nail to get you the best possible deal. I highly recommend Royce if you're looking for a realtor, you won't regret it.

Royce is a professional property agent. He gave us some choices after listening to what we require. And those choices actually met our expectations! These made us struggling for a bit but then after he analyzed the factcilities and development of those areas for us to make us more clear. Beside profession, he is also a friendly and helpful person. My husband and I are from Hong Kong so we are not that familiar with the move-in process in Calgary. He assisted us a lot including how to set up electricity bill and introduce a qualified lawyer firm and removal company to us. We are truly thankful that we met a good agent, to make everything so much easier.

Royce is an amazing relator, he went above and beyond our expectations when he sold our condo for the best possible price. He answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable of the process . He helped us in every step of the process and always was eager to help. Would definitely recommend Royce to anyone looking for a relator!

Royce was great in our recent home purchase, his knowledge was great of the Tuxedo Park community and inner city infill homes in general. He has great negotiation skills and knew what to look for and what to avoid. He is definitely an experienced veteran and has skills a rookie cannot just learn overnight. I highly recommend Royce and will use him again in the future.

One of the most wonderful realtors I have worked with. Took his time to help time to help and explain all the little details. Also took his time and effort to help sell the property at the highest price possible and help negotiate the lowest price on the purchase. Even flew out and travelled to just to pick up the keys for us. I recommended him already to friends and family. Will go out of his way to help anytime of the day. Any new purchases that I will make will go through him 100%.
