Royce is a very genuine, respectful, polite and knowledgeable person. He helped us with our first home purchase. He had provided excellent services to us since the first day we met and continues to help us with our concerns after home closing. As he even follows up with us to see if we needed his help in transferring accounts for power services, mail key, garbage bins, etc. Before meeting Royce, we had work with 5 other real estate agents, and none of them were able to help us find what we like, or offer the service and advices at a level Royce offers. During the whole process of buying and selecting materials like tiles, carpet, cabinets, etc, for our new home. He offered to help us in person with material selections, and gave us his best advices based on his years of experience to make sure that we made the most suitable decision and meets our goals. We will definitely work with him again in the future.

Royce was great helping us find a house and he was very patient to find us the exact one. We had a lot of special needs and he found one that met all of them. He had tons of neighborhood knowledge and helped us pick the right one. We also wanted our house to be a good investment and he was very experienced in pointing out things that made homes good or bad investments. In the end Royce was able to negotiate a great deal for us. We will definitely be working with Royce again in the future.
