We were introduced to Royce as our real estate agent through the person who was renovating our townhome for sale. We can say unequivocally Royce truly deserved a 5-star rating. Right from the start Royce provided a plan to sell our townhome, from renovation detailing, professional cleaning, timing of sale, current market trends/pricing, MLS listing, showings and ultimately neogotiations with buyers. Royce was totally professional and probably the hardest working realtor we have come across. At every point we felt he was fully committed to getting the best price for our home. We would wholeheartedly recommend Royce as a realtor to anyone.

He is professional and experienced, he can always answer my naive questions with patience. Although we did had a 14-hour time difference at that time, he can still manage to respond to my queries quickly. He is also helpful to help us from living needs after we first arrived to Calgary
