Pandemic house shopping out of province was a big disadvantage for us. What made the process less intimidating was having Royce work on our behalf by providing us with listings to curate our favourites prior to attending in-person showings. After driving 11 hours to BC, with our very limited list (as many houses quickly sold), we only attended 9 showings and placed an offer on one townhouse. It was out of our budget but it felt right, so my husband and I put in some faith and tried anyway. Then we let Royce/his team handle the process. In short, shocked, we got the townhouse!
