I can't say "THANK YOU" enough to Royce and his team!!! Royce is exceptionally great at what he is doing as a realtor. I am super impressed by his professionalism and capability. He knows the market so well and REALLY can make things happen! Since day 1 when I spoke with Royce, he has convinced me that he could take care of my property and deliver his promise! I am an incredibly indecisive person but I have never been so confident in choosing the perfect realtor team to meet my very specific needs. Royce and Ben were the most knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate realtors I could have ever dreamed for. I am a first time home buyer and they made a stressful home buying process (in a crazy real estate market) a incredibly simple process. They consistently communicated with me even when I would reach out after business hours due to my crazy work schedule and would make themselves available for showings, phone calls and text messages. I was able to purchase a home that I fell in love with below asking price. In this market, being able to to purchase a home under asking was an absolute MIRACLE.They negotiated on my behalf and made sure I didn't overpay, they extensively researched market value in the area I was looking at as well. I also was hoping to one day rent this property out in the future and they looked at market analytics for renters in the area for me. After we received an accepted offer, they put conditions in place to ensure that we wouldn't run into surprises before the deal officially closed. I am SO incredibly thankful that I was able to cross paths with the YMK realty team and will continue to use them for anything real estate related. I would recommend this team to anyone who is looking to purchase a home!

Dealing with Royce and his team was the best real estate experience of my life. I have dealt with 4 previous realtors before and he is the best I've dealt with. He is responsive, communicates with me well through each process and really took the time to understand my house and my needs in addition to how best to market the home. He and his team worked hard to call all their connections and other realtors to find a buyer for my home and not just list on mls and pray someone looks at it. I think during the first week we had close to 20 showings. Honestly hardest working team. Other realtors need to learn from these guys about how to work with clients.

Royce is a realtor more than professional. I was zero knowledge about real estate in the begining, he always answer my question patiently and promptly anytime. What is most important, he watched out my interests and put client in the first piority. I am so greatful working with Royce, If I was ever going to sell or buy again he would be the only person I would call.
