We have done business with Richard officially Three times, first purchasing our townhouse in Ottawa, renting it and most recently renting the unit again. In the 9 years we have owned the unit, he has always kept us up to date with the listings and sales of the units in our complex. This allowed us to be educated in the values of the area and city. <p>Based on the experience I've had, I would never use Richard again, nor would ever recommend him to anyone. He encouraged me to sell my place for too little, with some conditions that my seasoned veteran lawyer had never seen or heard of, and encouraged me to pay 10-15K too much for this place, in the opinion of several other agents. I also found his attitude to be very smug at times throughout the process.</p>
