Richard did an outstanding job providing me with the market information along with his decades of experience to place competitive bids in a bidding war market. We where successful in my purchase and he help me prepare my house for sale. The sale was professionally managed, and we sold in a short time. We did encounter some challenges due to covid-19 but Richard was very quick to adapt and adjust our strategy to acquire a firm sale.

We were moving to the Ottawa area and needed to buy a property on a rather short timeline from out-of-town. Richard was excellent in working with us and helping us find a property that suited our needs. He was always providing interesting tidbits about the city and pointing out potential issues with some of the houses we saw, and in general he had a great attitude and was a pleasure to work with - definitely recommend Richard!

Richard was fantastic. He came into a situation with first-time home-buyers who, in the current market, were having a fair amount of trouble purchasing our first home. He is very knowledgeable on properties, and was able to provide advice on whether a house would need a lot of work, on negotiation tactics with the seller, etc. We really felt like he was working for us - and trying to get us the best possible home. He was very honest, but in some cases was fairly blunt and we found it a little discouraging. Sometimes, his very honest opinion was that even if we placed an offer, we had a "snowball's chance in hell" of making the purchase (ouch!). However, I will stress that if you want a knowledgeable, honest agent who will always answer your emails in a timely manner (of which I sent plenty), this is your guy. In the end, he convinced us to see a house we had initially looked over, and we ended up purchasing it - and while remaining within our budget! Even after the purchase, he still answered my emails and random questions, and I feel that he brought us through the process in a very clear and direct manner - especially great when, as first-timers, we really had no clue what we were getting into.

Looked at a fair amount of houses over that past 1.5yrs till we found what I wanted. Hes patient for sure. Seemed knowledgeable about the process and answered all my questions.

We started our journey with Richard back in November 2018 and finished in September 2019. He came highly recommended from a friend. Ever since the first moment we got in touch with him he has been highly responsive. We've had the best experience working with him as he is very knowledgeable about homes, price of upgrades, location, resale,if the home is in good condition or not, etc... We were picky throughout the entire process but Richard kept it cool an s feel as though we were a bother. When we sell we will be using Richard's services again and we will be recommending him to everyone.
