Richard Pearce is a Broker and part-owner of Guidestar Realty Corporation; a full-service brokerage firm offering both Buyer and Seller representation. We currently employ eight Realtors, including Broker-of-Record Clive Pearce (Richard’s father). Our corporate philosophy has always been geared to success through building trusting relationships with our clients.

Richard is Fifty-nine years old, born in Bristol UK, and married for Thirty-eight years with four children & three grandkids (so far!). He holds a BSc from the University of Toronto in Biogeography. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Richard was a general contractor for seven years with Advanced 2000 Homes in Ottawa.

Since 1996 Richard has helped over 1400 families move (some of them more than once!). A background in home construction has always been useful in working with both Purchasers and Sellers. The negotiating skills developed over the decades help every day!
