I recently faced a situation where I had to quickly sell my Ottawa condo, while living in Toronto. Richard came highly recommended, and I soon found out I could not have asked for a better real estate agent! Richard quickly grasped my situation, and did everything needed to facilitate the (very quick) sale of my condo. Most importantly, he was kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. He kept me informed of every development, he responded quickly and efficiently to all inquiries from me (and potential buyers), he gave me great advice, and he made it all happen in as smooth and as painless a way possible. I first spoke to him on a Monday about selling my condo, and by the following Monday my place had sold. I will be forever grateful not just for the fact that he made it happen, but how he made it happen. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to buy or sell - he is tops!

Richard was so outgoing and more than helpful when it came to helping my fiancée and I buy our very first home! He was so patient with our first time home buyers questions and confusions, and was always so quick to answer all of our questions. He never once made us feel like he was judging us for our age, or questions and it was appreciated. Sometimes .being so young, other professionals don’t always take you seriously or give you the full experience because they feel as though it will likely be a waste of their time.. that was NEVER the case with Richard! He was great and patient and kind, and also hilarious! I love that we found someone with a sarcastic humour such as myself. :-) Richard was nothing short of experienced, knowledgeable and professional! We will definitely be contacting him again in the future, and will be passing his info onto others we know.
