Richard was very calm, professional, and thorough in helping me and my dad sell his house in the country. The property had some challenges, and Richard helped me by suggesting options and coordinating with the buyers' agent. He kept communication lines open and made sure everyone was kept up to date. I found he explained the various processes associated with the offers and the sale well. Richard has a friendly personality and a great sense of humor both of which contributed to making interactions, even when around tense issues, manageable and usually enjoyable. I used Richard to sell my first home 30 years ago, and I did not hesitate to reach out to him to help with selling my dad's house. I knew he had worked in the rural area where the house was and that helped considerably in him knowing issues like septic systems, encroachments, and contractors. I highly recommend him.
