<p>Richard was referred to me by my brother-in-law who has done business with Richard for more than twenty years. Richard was attentive, and professional in all respects. I live in Texas and purchased a condo in Canada - Richard made the complicated process easy to understand in these difficult times. He answered all my many questions - I greatly appreciate his helpfulness for my family.</p>

Richard made shopping for our first home a breeze. He was there for any and all questions we had (and we had many) in a timely manner. He did showings with not much notice, and it was difficult to do given COVID19 restrictions. His contacts (inspector, mortgage broker) that he recommended were great as well. His knowledge of the market definitely shows. I would recommend Richard to any home buyer, and particularly to first time home buyers.

Richard was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was always available and made a point of educating us on the realities of today’s market. We valued his opinion and guidance and would recommend him to our friends and family members if they were ever in need of a top notch Agent.
