Richard is always helpful and knowledgeable, bringing his wealth of experience to bear. Sometimes he was formally my agent when buying a property, and sometimes he was just an agent that I ran things by. Either way, he was always service-oriented and a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended him to neighbours who sold their property quickly with him and got top dollar. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling residential property.
