This is the 2nd time I am using Richard's services. Once last year, (2020), to sell, and this year, (2021), to buy. I found him to be the same as usual: punctual, mannerly, very resourceful, & informative. He even went as far as to hop a 7 foot wooden fence, barefoot, to help us out of locked backyard, during a home showing. He's our Olympic Hero! ;)

Our association with Richard started over 2 1/2 years ago. Due to unexpected circumstances our hunt for a new house came to a slow down, but Richard was always there sending us what might be prospective properties. This spring our hunt fo a new house was able to continue and we found what we were looking for. Richards knowledge of what to look for in a resale was very helpful, plus his viewpoints on the market and whether a house was priced right helped us in making decisions. There are a few improvements we are going to have done on our new house and Richards contacts with good and reliable contractors has been a huge help seeing as we are not from this area and.have no one we know to contact. If we were to be looking for a new place again in the future, we would definitely be going with Richard as our agent, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent to work for them. We put our house up for sale in the Ottawa suburb of Orléans on the evening of June 17, 2021. We used the services of Mr. Richard Pearce as we had utilized his services in 2001 to buy our current home and had been extremely satisfied with his professionalism, honesty, his knowledge and the overall quality of his work. Mr. Pearce provided excellent pre-sale advice, and as such, we were well prepared when the sale day arrived. When reviewing the draft listing, including the photos of our house, we realized that we had made an extremely good decision in seeking Richard's help again. Everything was top notch. In less than 24 hours we had received a preemptive offer close to $100,000 over our selling price, which we accepted. We would highly recommend Richard to our friends and family, and to anyone wishing to sell their house.

Richard has helped us buy, sell and rent our property. He made the process stress free even when unexpected things happen. He was very respectful of our tenants which is very important to us. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying, selling or renting !
