It was a true pleasure working with Richard to sell our downtown condo and buy our new home in Ottawa South. We found Richard to be professional, warm, patient, and highly responsive. He was always available to offer expert advice and insights in a timely fashion. He was very attuned to our family's needs and comfort level, and met us where we were at. We also appreciated his honesty about the real estate market and his guidance in helping us navigate unknown terrain. It was amazing how quickly and efficiently the whole process went: we found our dream home within a week and sold our condo within two days of having it on the market!
