Richard is friendly and professional. The Realm platform he uses has great features. Richard gave useful comments and answers when we were viewing/discussing properties. He provided very good representation despite being away for the majority of our deal. He was easily reachable by email and dealt with things quickly. He verified before sending anything back to the selling party. There was an instance where an amendment to the conditions was not updated, but Richard corrected this once I pointed out the missing amendment. Despite our limited options, we felt confident that Richard would help us find something after we met him. We had fun!
