I’ve known Richard for about 20 years now. He was with me for my first milestone of purchasing my first home to settling me in my last home. In our life we sometimes embrace change gracefully and other times not so much. A great real estate agent is not only in it for the commission but also for the best interest of their client. I have been in a sticky situation more than once, Richard supported and guided me the whole step of the way. He does things that are above and beyond for his client. From helping you get ready for your sale by sprucing up the landscape, on a weekend no less! To fixing up your last minute projects in your home to help finalize the sale. 20 years ago I was blown away by Richard! He is a true, stellar agent who I recommend always. I called him a friend all that time ago and I still do. His patience is next level! Buying and selling is very stressful, Richard has your back the whole time! Richard has helped us buy and sell a couple of properties over the years and he always goes above and beyond to ensure we are well positioned in all cases. Most recently my mom was selling her residence and he came prepared with good old fashioned paperwork as she is not always comfortable with electronics and e-signatures.
