<p>We asked Phil LeGree to keep us updated on quality new builds and existing 2 - 3 bedroom high end apartments coming available in West Vancouver. He gave us insightful information on previous sales so we were well informed with real data. We chose to go with the new Bellevue by Cressey, but wanted to make sure that we were given a strong opportunity to select an apartment that would suit our needs. Amazingly, Phil arranged for us to meet with the selling agent in a coffee shop, long before the sales office was opened. We had the opportunity to thoroughly review all of the different floor plans early and therefore to make a decision that would truly suit our needs. This was a very big decision for us. Phil maintained contact with the selling agent and impressed upon her that we were serious buyers and that we did not want to miss an opportunity to have our request for a specific apartment considered. With Phil's professional efforts and guidance we were able to make a successful offer on the exact apartment that we wanted. We think we were the second purchaser in the building! He walked with us every step of the way. We are confident that he would do this with others and we know that the selling agent was treated with great respect. Phil is definitely the kind of agent everyone hopes to have representing them We WILL use him again and have already recommended him to many others.</p>

<p>As this is the second property Phil Legree has sold for me in North Vancouver, I am expressing why I worked with Phil twice. In addition to understanding and meeting his client's needs and goals in a caring and respectful manner, Phil explains the local market conditions in thorough detail, with a knowledge and experience beyond citing comparables. Once the client is confident on price and timeline, Phil, with partner & wife Sonia Garza Legree move quickly to present the property at its best; their team of photographers, cleaners and online techs showcase the home with minimum disruption to the client. Somehow Phil can take even a slow market and generate the heightened interest of a robust market to create interest. He brought competing offers on my properties in the relatively slow markets of 2012 and 2017, bringing above-asking offers in both cases. With Sonia on the team for the latter sale, the home sold within a few days of listing. On the former, the over-asking sale became a half-page news item in the weekend Vancouver Sun.<br /> Phil and Sonia vigorously represent the client, engage and motivate all involved in the sale, and create a win-win for all parties.
