<p>I needed to move from Burnaby to the North Shore for family reasons. I was intimidated by the prices and worried that it would be impossible for me to find anything. Phil LeGree understood my needs and arranged to show me a selection of one bedroom apartments. At first it was difficult for me to even get my head around moving let alone finding an apartment I could see myself living in. Phil searched and found me two options in the Carleton at the Club building. The apartment I wanted had been renovated, was bright and spacious. I qualified to live in this building that was for 55 year old people and over. Phil helped me to negotiate a good price for the apartment, which was difficult as there were a number of others bidding on it at the same time. We were successful and I can't thank Phil enough for helping me through this purchase. I love my new home.</p>
