<p>Phil clearly explained every step to us. He guided us on how to ready the condo by painting, cleaning, decluttering to optimize the selling price. The photos, video and marketing really highlighted the condo. Paperwork was straightforward and we knew that he was on our side when negotiations started. We sold higher than the asking price.
