Phil went above and beyond yet again. He helped me and my kids with the purchase of their first condo. Being a new buyer, Phil did his best to educate us the best he could! A couple of hiccups in understanding next steps to take were the only thing that I struggled with. Perhaps Phil could have a “New home buyer” document to help with terms and procedures that us newbies aren’t too familiar with! Phil’s personality and his willingness to get us the best deal through negotiation and persistence with the other realtors was awesome!
