Phil Lagree is a true professional, I would strongly recommend Phil if you are looking for a Realtor that will give you the straight goods and not lip service. Phil does his homework and is a very accomplished negotiator, you wont be disappointed.

Phil's professionalism was an all too rare refreshing experience when I was new to Vancouver and looking for a new home. Phil was able to provide me with a thorough understand of the 1-bedroom condo market in downtown Vancouver. With so few units on the market, I honestly think Phil got me into the market at a great price and a good long-term investment that I can live in or sell in the future.

Phil was absolutely wonderful helping me through this whole process. I’m a first time home buyer so it was a bit overwhelming. Phil made me feel like a pro. He was very good at communicating the process and always answered my calls or got back to me as soon as he was able.
