I have used many realtors to buy and sell properties, as well as formerly being a realtor myself. If you are looking for the absolute best realtor, the one who knows the north shore like the back of his hand, as well has relationships with most other realtors (which, trust me, is absolutely in your favour), the realtor that won’t sleep till you either get the best price for your sale or the lowest price for your purchase, then Phil is your man! I don’t ever take the time to write reviews but Phil deserves the praise, and you dear agent shopper deserve to know. So, if you’ve read this far, congratulations! Phil is the right choice.
