Being a new buyer, Phil did his best to educate us the best he could! A couple of hiccups in understanding next steps to take were the only thing that I struggled with. Perhaps Phil could have a “New home buyer” document to help with terms and procedures that us newbies aren’t too familiar with! Phil’s personality and his willingness to get us the best deal through negotiation and persistence with the other realtors was awesome!

Phil Legree is a very professional and knowledgeable real estate agent. He answered all of our many questions, gave invaluable advice on how to prepare my home for sale, spent many hours marketing and showing it to potential buyers, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. But more importantly, he was kind, patient, and very respectful at all times. His positive personality and sense of humor helped to make selling my home a much less stressful experience. It's very obvious that Phil really cares about his clients and I and my family will definitely recommend him to others.

I have to say, Phil is an all around amazing realtor, he is always realistic and honest about each property, even when we had certain blind spots, he gave his input to teach about the different pros and cons of the different properties. Phil is super involved, aware and experienced when it comes to offering and counter offering, he honesty helped us get such a super deal and price on the house we got, that was a miracle in itself. With his dedication, he helped us find the home we could really enjoy, and stay in long term, at an amazing price! We can't thank Phil enough, I would recommend him and his services to anyone!
