We are delighted that Phil and Sonia have been helping us going through the purchase process from beginning to end. Phil is a great negotiator who can really know how to communicate with his customers. He has the great ability to guide the buyers to go through every step of all the required procedures. Sonia is such a pleasant person, who makes us feel comfortable in the complete negotiation procedure. She would not be bothered to show us the property again and again before we confirmed to make our purchase decision. They take good care of our needs.

<p>I needed to move from Burnaby to the North Shore for family reasons. I was intimidated by the prices and worried that it would be impossible for me to find anything. At first it was difficult for me to even get my head around moving let alone finding an apartment I could see myself living in. Phil searched and found me two options in the Carleton at the Club building. The apartment I wanted had been renovated, was bright and spacious. I qualified to live in this building that was for 55 year old people and over. Phil helped me to negotiate a good price for the apartment, which was difficult as there were a number of others bidding on it at the same time. We were successful and I can't thank Phil enough for helping me through this purchase. I love my new home.</p>

He gave us insightful information on previous sales so we were well informed with real data. We chose to go with the new Bellevue by Cressey, but wanted to make sure that we were given a strong opportunity to select an apartment that would suit our needs. Amazingly, Phil arranged for us to meet with the selling agent in a coffee shop, long before the sales office was opened. We had the opportunity to thoroughly review all of the different floor plans early and therefore to make a decision that would truly suit our needs. This was a very big decision for us. Phil maintained contact with the selling agent and impressed upon her that we were serious buyers and that we did not want to miss an opportunity to have our request for a specific apartment considered. With Phil's professional efforts and guidance we were able to make a successful offer on the exact apartment that we wanted. We think we were the second purchaser in the building! He walked with us every step of the way. We are confident that he would do this with others and we know that the selling agent was treated with great respect. Phil is definitely the kind of agent everyone hopes to have representing them We WILL use him again and have already recommended him to many others.</p>
