Patrick was professional and thorough with his work in helping me find a new home. It was tough finding a home big enough to meet our needs in our price range but with the right direction and options, Patrick helped us find the perfect balance!

We have utilized Patrick for two house transactions. Patrick was extremely helpful when we bought our first home. He was part realtor and part educator of the process and what we should look for. Our second home was a house in a newer area. He was very patient with us and showed us many properties. He has a great sense of humour which makes looking at homes an enjoyable experience. We will be calling Patrick again for our next home as we trust his expertise.
