We loved working with Patrick. He made our experience effortless. We actually ended up selling above our asking price. He took care of everything and was awesome in helping us find a new home. He was very open to us changing our minds of what we were wanting throughout the process of finding our new home. He never seemed annoyed when we asked to see more homes and changed our search criteria several times. Patrick helped us buy our first home nearly 10 years ago. He was very patient and explained all of the ins and outs of buying a home to us as young inexperienced buyers. He helped us avoid bad decisions that we could have made by pointing out problems we didn't see and gave good advice on utilizing a rental suite. I especially appreciated him suggesting that we could save an additional $2000 off of the sale proce during negotiation. He has stayed in touch and offerred a free property assessment when we considered selling.

Patrick was a amazing agent. His concern was to find a place that i liked and was priced right. I was a difficult client as i didnt know exactly what i wanted and there were a few bumps in the road. Through it all patrick was patient and always had good advice. He had answers for all of my questions and when he didnt know he was honest and found a answer as soon as he could. I recommended him to both of my brothers and they both had exceptional experiences with Patrick when they bought homes.
