We have utilized Patrick for two house transactions. Patrick was extremely helpful when we bought our first home. He was part realtor and part educator of the process and what we should look for. Our second home was a house in a newer area. He was very patient with us and showed us many properties. He has a great sense of humour which makes looking at homes an enjoyable experience. We will be calling Patrick again for our next home as we trust his expertise.

Patrick helped us buy our first (and current) home and navigated us through the process of purchasing a home as first-time buyers. He is very patient and listens carefully to what our needs were and what we were looking for. He offers his professional opinions and is very open to answering any questions we had. We really appreciate having him as our realtor and even recommended him to my mother-in-law to help sell a property of hers.

Patrick is very skilled at his profession. Always takes the time to answer our questions and makes sure we understand. I can call on him whenever I need. He also helped us find the other people we needed to complete the buying of our home as it was our first and did not know where to start...Patrick guided us with ease. He also helped our daughter when it was time for her to purchase her first home. I wouldn't use any other realtor.

I was nervous this was the first time I was buying a place. I had no idea what I was looking for or what I could afford. Patrick was able to give me suggestions On how to decide what I was looking for and also gave me a recommendation for a mortgage broker. He explained the whole process and everything went so smoothly I don’t know why I was ever nervous. He has checked on me at my anniversary date of my purchase it is nice to know that if I have any questions he is there to answer them even after all these years.
