I was a first time home buyer when I first met Patrick and I remember the crippling anxiety that came with that milestone. I had so many worries and was so intimidated by the process, but Patrick was always calm and reassuring through out the entire process. His experience in the business became apparent very quickly and I felt confident about putting my family’s future home in his hands. I was impressed by his attentiveness in getting to know us and what we wanted and he always managed to accommodate our busy schedules to make it as easy as possible for us. Without a doubt I would recommend him to all my friends and family members so they can have the same great experience I did.

Patrick was really professionally and knowledgable about the local market. He walked me through the whole process of negotiating and making sure I was doing what was right for me. He never pressured me into buying a place because he didn't want me to be stuck with something I wasn't happy with. He was always on time for appointments and kept communication going.

I feel like I’m on of the hardest people to work with since I’m also a sales professional but working with PATRICK was one of those moments you realized you weren’t in a sale .
