Patrick is amazing. He was very helpful in every step along the way when I purchased my house. He not only helped the sales process itself, he was helpful in reminders and suggestions for every aspect of purchasing the new home, helping where he could to help the move go smoothly as well. Like an email with tips and things to think about when moving (list of who I might need to contact to change my address etc). He was friendly and patient with me when I had questions. He is knowledgeable. I felt that he was 'on my side'and really was working for me to have the best price. All around, I can't recommend Patrick enough.

We were so happy with Patrick after buying our new house, we also used him to help us sell our old condo. He was great to work with, and really gave us a lot of advice on how to get the condo ready to sell. It took quite a while for it to actually sell, due to the property itself and the housing market, but he kept encouraging us even when we despaired of it ever selling. When we finally did get an offer, we were really anxious not to lose the sale so we were ready to jump at the first amount, but Patrick helped us with the negotiations and we ended up with more for it than we thought we would get.

Patrick was recommended by a friend when my wife and I were looking to buy a new house, and I'm so glad we listened to that advice! We had a property in mind when we started looking at houses, but it quickly became apparent that the original house was not for us. Patrick used every house we visited to find out what we liked and didn't like in a house, and very quickly narrowed down our search. Once we found the place for us, everything moved very quickly, and Patrick guided us every step of the way - he really made the whole process easy and a lot less stressful than I would have imagined. If we or anyone we know if ever buying or selling a house, we would definitely tell them to use Patrick!

Patrick was commissioned to sell two condos for me. One was listed a few years ago and the second one just last year. Both sales were done in an outstanding and timely manner. I was a nervous seller as I live in Yellowknife and both condos were in Edmonton. Patrick kept me up to date on all enquiries about the condos and he was available for my emails and text messages. the first condo sold in less than 3 months as the market was good at that time. It sold for the asking price. The second condo took longer as the market was slow last year but Patrick kept advertising and putting it out there for sale. He had contacts for me in helping renovate my condo to standards which made it easier and more reasonable prices to do than me getting estimates. He was very patience with me as I was an anxious seller. he came recommended by my son and daughter in law as they used him as a realtor when they were looking for a house to buy. They recommended him as they realized he was an outstanding agent and that I would need one very interested in his profession and had quality work ethics. I am very satisfied with the work and communication I had with Patrick both during the listing and sale of my condos and the follow up he has helped me with in regards to my income tax filing this year as I didn't save the right papers to submit for my taxes and I called Patrick and he emailed the lawyer that handled my sale and the lawyer emailed me the paper work. in conclusion, I would say that Patrick is a realtor that doesn't forget his client once the sale is done. He is available for help if you forget to keep the right papers for income tax.
