Patrick makes it easy to sell and buy a home. He takes all the pressure off of the idea of buying and/or selling your home. He explains everything to you so it makes sense. He was always on time and ready to go each and every time we arranged a viewing. Every time I had a question, he would know the answer or would get back to me with an answer. My brother also used Patrick for his house purchase, we are both very happy with him and will recommend Patrick again and again. Even though I bought and sold my home over 4 years ago, we are still friends on social media and will connect with each other through-out the year.
