I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent professional service provided by Patrick when selling my house. Before anything was done he explained the entire process and answered any and all questions. I was contacted with all offers and given great advice on how to handle them. He walked me through the entire process with ease. It is rare these days to find a person that goes to great lengths to satisfy its customers but Patrick has definitely achieved this high standard.

Patrick is a thorough professional and I would trust his expertise to buy or sell our house any day. He has been in the business for several years and goes above and beyond what is required. He even oiled our front door lock when it began “sticking” after the winter. He provided awesome suggestions to prepare our house to go on the market. He is very prompt for appointments and quick to respond to questions and concerns by email. I would strongly recommend Patrick any day.
