Patrick assisted me with the purchase of my condo and other real estate searches. At all times he displayed professional support and guidance, presenting a realistic perspective of the pros and cons. I felt respected and listened to when explaining any ideas and when asking questions. When a property wasn't ideal we discussed it openly with concrete examples (ie. the contractor used tape to hold the baseboard on). He evaluated condo documents and showed me when it may be unwise to purchase given severe lack of condo reserve funds. Patrick also showed great patience when I needed to check and recheck locations and see multiple units. He never once pressured me or made me feel in a rush to make any decisions. His friendly, honest approach to life and his business was just what I needed to feel confident in my final decisions. Furthermore, I know he is just a text away if I need his services again.

As a first time home buyer with little prior knowledge about the housing market, Patrick made me feel confident when I finally took that big step of buying a home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, and offer information when I didn't even know what questions I should be asking. He continues to follow up even a few years after my I bought my home to answer any questions I have. Patrick is friendly and professional, and I highly recommend working with him.

Patrick is amazing. He was very helpful in every step along the way when I purchased my house. He not only helped the sales process itself, he was helpful in reminders and suggestions for every aspect of purchasing the new home, helping where he could to help the move go smoothly as well. Like an email with tips and things to think about when moving (list of who I might need to contact to change my address etc). He was friendly and patient with me when I had questions. He is knowledgeable. I felt that he was 'on my side'and really was working for me to have the best price. All around, I can't recommend Patrick enough.

We were so happy with Patrick after buying our new house, we also used him to help us sell our old condo. He was great to work with, and really gave us a lot of advice on how to get the condo ready to sell. It took quite a while for it to actually sell, due to the property itself and the housing market, but he kept encouraging us even when we despaired of it ever selling. When we finally did get an offer, we were really anxious not to lose the sale so we were ready to jump at the first amount, but Patrick helped us with the negotiations and we ended up with more for it than we thought we would get.

Patrick was recommended by a friend when my wife and I were looking to buy a new house, and I'm so glad we listened to that advice! We had a property in mind when we started looking at houses, but it quickly became apparent that the original house was not for us. Patrick used every house we visited to find out what we liked and didn't like in a house, and very quickly narrowed down our search. Once we found the place for us, everything moved very quickly, and Patrick guided us every step of the way - he really made the whole process easy and a lot less stressful than I would have imagined. If we or anyone we know if ever buying or selling a house, we would definitely tell them to use Patrick!
