I had never sold a home, or worked with a real estate agent, so I was new to this whole process. I didn't know how to even find a good agent, so when searching Google I came across Nooran. I couldn't be happier with her! She is so knowledgeable, truly felt she prioritized my concerns, was upfront with the industry and pointed out all the red flags with the buyers we visited. I felt totally comfortable with her and knew she wasn't there to make a quick selling. She also made sure I understood everything involved and never got annoyed at the thousands of questions I would ask. She is very knowledgeable about the various aspects of the Edmonton real estate market, combined with savvy sense of deal making. She helped us a lot to maintain the home and also support us by coordinating with the service companies for a fresh paint and also cleaning companies to make this home back to a brand new situation prior selling. We used Nooran previously to sell our primary residence and when it came time to sell our rental property, we naturally had to use her services again. Once again she didn't disappoint. We weren't able to be in the city while the house was for sale, however she stayed connected with our current renter and handled everything flawlessly. I can't say enough good things about her. Nooran is the most responsive agent one can find, always making time to discuss and advise about your plan, and provide the honest opinion based on facts, not the urge to seal the deal. She is very helpful and also professional in her interaction with her clients even years after closing the deal and advising the next steps to the best interest of the clients, even if it is not in her interest.
