I became acquainted with Nooran last November, after she helped a mutual friend of ours sell her house. I was interested in purchasing a place for myself, my 15-year old daughter and fur babies for April, and am a first-time home owner. From the beginning of the process, Nooran was supportive and professional. She connected me with RRSP and mortgage specialists, so I could get those important pieces in place. Then, she listened carefully to understand what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to help make it happen. A mere four months later, I am typing this review in my new bedroom of the ideal home that Nooran helped me find. Not only do I regard her as a highly competent realtor, but she is also a trustworthy and compassionate person who I look forward to getting to know in the years to come, Thank you so much Nooran! I had never sold a home, or worked with a real estate agent, so I was new to this whole process. I didn't know how to even find a good agent, so when searching Google I came across Nooran. I couldn't be happier with her! She is so knowledgeable, truly felt she prioritized my concerns, was upfront with the industry and pointed out all the red flags with the buyers we visited. I felt totally comfortable with her and knew she wasn't there to make a quick selling. She also made sure I understood everything involved and never got annoyed at the thousands of questions I would ask. She is very knowledgeable about the various aspects of the Edmonton real estate market, combined with savvy sense of deal making. She helped us a lot to maintain the home and also support us by coordinating with the service companies for a fresh paint and also cleaning companies to make this home back to a brand new situation prior selling. We used Nooran previously to sell our primary residence and when it came time to sell our rental property, we naturally had to use her services again. Once again she didn't disappoint. We weren't able to be in the city while the house was for sale, however she stayed connected with our current renter and handled everything flawlessly. I can't say enough good things about her. She knows the market and has amazing instincts regarding price point and negotiating with potential buyers. I recommend her services to anyone who asks.
