Last December, I had the fortune of connecting with Nooran Ostadeian via a mutual acquaintance whose home she had just helped sell. As a first-time home owner, I wasn’t even sure how to get started. Nooran not only helped me get an RRSP loan in place for a deposit, she also connected me with a mortgage specialist, so that those pieces were in place. We then started looking at different properties. Nooran took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and sent us listings that were suited to our preferences and needs. By mid-January, we fell in love with a duplex and put down a deposit to secure the purchase. On March 25, Nooran met me at the property and handed me the keys with a warm smile and some gifts for our new home. I am eternally grateful to her for her professionalism and expertise. Because of her efforts, my daughter and I now live in a beautiful home that meets all of our needs. Nooran is an outstanding realtor and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Nooran has been helping my family find our ideal home for the past several months. In all this time, she has been extremely patient, thoroughly professional, and very prompt in answering all our texts and calls, even if it was a simple or silly question. She was always available to us, and showed us tons of houses without getting tired, until she recently found a home for us. There are lot of excellent realtors out there, but I have seen that Nooran goes one step beyond to make sure that she understands your requirements and is very dedicated and perseverant. Nooran is a professional, knowledgeable, smart, and active realtor who assisted me in selling a property in a timely manner. She was very good at marketing, negotiating, and providing legal and tax support by introducing other professional team members and she knew the city like the back of her hand and had a pool of investors and clients. She also is competent in using new technology such as social media which is helpful in reducing the time that one's property sits in the market. She behaves ethically and cares about his client's interests. Hats off to Nooran for being. a mother a business owner, a minority, and an excellent realtor. in my opinion, she is the to-go realtor, should you look to buy or sell a real estate in the town.

I had never sold a home, or worked with a real estate agent, so I was new to this whole process. I didn't know how to even find a good agent, so when searching Google I came across Nooran.
