I was referred to Nooran through my Brother who purchased his first home 4 years ago with her as his realtor. Since contacting her it was easy to see why he trusted her to find his home and why I trusted her in helping me find my first home. Nooran is very dedicated to her profession. She is timely and responsive, always available to provide you answers and updates in your journey. She is incredibly knowledgeable in real estate knowing current trends in the market, quality of neighborhoods, and the quality of the house. But most importantly I trusted her in the advice she provided me, especially with me being new to homebuying. Nooran made sure to find homes that were met with my needs and wants. Eventually she found a home and community that I couldn't pass up on. Nooran negotiated in my best interests and provided me reassurance along the way. Now I will be moving into a brand new home to call my own this summer! Purchasing a home, especially your first, is a big moment in life. Nooran made me feel comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. I had no idea what to expect selling a condo in a depressed market during a pandemic! Nooran was a godsend. Everything from negotiating to communication was top-notch! She delivered feedback on all our showings very quickly and always kept us in the loop. When it came time for us to purchase a home, she delivered the same level of professionalism.
