I most certainly recommend Nooran to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I have bought and sold a few homes in my lifetime and am more pleased with Nooran than any other agent. This is the second time I have worked with her and she goes above and beyond what a typical real estate agent would do. She will tell you honestly what you need to do to get your home ready to sell and will work tirelessly to get it sold. My last home was a real challenge, but Nooran got it sold. She will find a new home that is exactly what you are looking for. I consider her, not just a real estate agent that I appreciate, but a friend. An honest friend who has my best interest at heart. As I said earlier, you can't do better than Nooran.

Our family has used Nooran over several years. She is always professional, understanding and empathetic. She takes the time to listen to what our needs are whether buying or selling. This January our tenant moved out unexpectedly and we decided to end our tenure as landlords and sell. The timing could not be worse - it was a few days into January when no one buys (at least that is what we thought) and of course the high interest rates. Nooran took the time to listen and understand what we wanted from the sale. We were shocked when our townhouse was listed on a Friday evening and by the following Monday night we had multiple offers. Not only did we get our price, we received above asking price. Even when we had a small glitch (with the buyers), Nooran provided suggestions, guidance and assurance to ease our minds. Nooran and her daughter, Mahsa, did a great job and helped us to sell our house higher than the market value.
