As a first time home-buyer, I had a very good experience with Nooran. She helped me a lot throughout the entire process by answering all of my questions and providing resources when needed appropriately. She understood my preferences very well when showing me options, and I was able to land on a house I liked very quickly. She was also able to negotiate a very reasonable price for me as well. Overall, I was very satisfied, and would highly recommend her.

Nooran is the best! My husband and I have been looking for a property for a while and for various reasons we couldn't put down an offer until this year. When we reconnect with Nooran after 2 years she is responsive and professional as usual. We discussed our budget and our expectations, and she came up with several listings and arranged showing for us right away. She not only showed us the units we are interested, but also showed us some additional listings which she thinks it is good value as well. When it comes to decision making, she helped us making comparison which makes the whole process so smoothly. When we were struggle with mortgage process, she shows nothing but patient and supportive. She negotiated with seller's agent for a good rate for us, she has a great sense of humor, always very responsive, dont know what else we can ask for more!
