Mary helped us buy our first home and we couldn't have had a better agent guiding us through this process. She was professional, always on time for appointments, responded to our messages quickly and super knowledgeable with the area. She was honest with us about issues that properties might have, which we really appreciated since we were completely new to the real estate market and afraid someone might take advantage of that. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Mary is an excellent agent who really knows the area and did an outstanding job for us. We are from out of town and she answered all our questions, did excellent in negotiations and was available to stand in for us for inspections, viewing, etc. Mary is excellent at communication and follow up. From day one Mary gave me great advice and always made time for me when I asked to check out properties, and also responding to many emails of mine. She guided me through the whole process, which made things much more easier on myself. She was also very patient as my search lasted more than two years, off and on, which was something that worked well for me, and I really respected how she understood that and didn't push me into anything, sometimes I wanted to rush but she usually held me back. It all came together in the end, and I can thank Mary for that, definitely was an amazing help and I would definitely recommend Mary to anyone looking for a home in the Halifax area.
