<p>It was a pleasure to work with Mary. She listened to my needs, patiently answered every question I asked - And I could compare that while she was on vacation and another agent showed me two houses without that much knowledge and even being less personal because she was on the phone half of the viewing. Mary's knowledge about housing, building structures (for potential renovations) and cost of material is exceptional! She built my customer's report so well that after one minute inside of the listed house she knew if I would bit on it or it is not my style. Mary was very honest and open about all facts I needed to know. I wish every realtor at your company would be so good to your clients like Mary was to me. This housing market was just crazy and fast, yet she remained calm and supportive. I felt bad that at the end I purchased "only" a land to build on. She deserved better commission ;)</p>

We used Mary Stickings to sell our condo in Halifax.  We live in another province, which is a challenge but Mary coordinated everything for us.  Mary was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times.   She kept us apprised about viewings and we always felt a part of the process even with the geographic distance.   Our condo sold within a week for over ask and we can't thank Mary enough!  She was thorough and professional and great to work with and we would highly recommend her!

We cannot express enough, our appreciation and gratitude to Mary Stickings for her professionalism and dedication throughout the search and purchase process of our new home. As a military couple posted from NL to NS during COVID-19 we were unable to view the houses in person in beginning. Mary went above and beyond to arrange virtual viewings of all the houses we requested, with little to no notice in a very competitive real estate market. From Windsor to Middle Musquodoboit and Hubbards to Head of Chezzetcook and many areas in between, she was always available and always ready to book the appointments and make the drive. Purchasing homes is stressful under any situation but given the current pandemic and the aggressive real estate market, we really appreciated Mary’s confidence and reassurance that the right home was out there and we would find it. Given the situation, her optimism was invaluable! Eventually, we were able to conduct a house-hunting trip and had the pleasure to meet Mary in person. By the end of our first day in Halifax, we had viewed many properties and had an accepted offer! It was such a pleasure to work with Mary. This posting was like no other.
