As a first time home buyer, wanting to also gain knowledge on the benefits of rental properties and purchasing my first condo, Mary had the expertise I desired. She took detailed notes to better understand exactly what I was looking for and with only 2 showings, was able to sell me (at lower than asking price) my very first condo. Throughout the whole process, she answered all my questions in a respectable time frame, passed along knowledge from her own experiences and gave great suggestions on location, my price range and overall curiosity in the process on purchasing for future endeavours. I would highly recommend to anyone, from first time home buyers to those who have purchased before. I'm excited to work with her on my future purchases or selling needs.
