Mary was recommended to us by a friend. We moved from BC to Nova Scotia and were under tight timelines. Mary was instrumental in securing a viewing of a property and a via video link did our viewing. It was clear she had an attention for detail that we relied upon and we had full confidence in her opinions and trust in her understanding of the local market. It was during the negotiations we truly saw how professional Mary is, no stone unturned and always willing to represent us as though this property were her own. The crazy part of buying a family home, unvisited prior to key turn, all made easier and less stressful when finding the right person to represent your needs. Mary was so prompt with communication and she took care of us from start to finish! Her knowledge of all aspects of a house is incredible and she connected us with all the right service providers for oil, water heater, etc. She made herself 100% available to us on closing day; we had several glitches and would not have been able to overcome them without her. I would recommend her with 5 stars across the board!
