We had a fantastic home buying experience with Mary! We were purchasing from another province and told Mary the type of property we were looking for and some key locations where we were interested in buying. Mary went to work for us leveraging her contacts in the areas we wanted to find out whether they knew of any sales. She found the ideal property for us. Through many meetings and video walk-throughs she helped us finalize the deal. Our experience with other agents was that once the purchase and sale was signed they stayed in the background until deal closing. Not Mary. She stayed very involved until closing and helped us find local handy men to help with minor repairs, people to maintain and manage the property for us until we can move there, and helped with many other items that were above and beyond her role. Thank you Mary for making it an amazing experience.
