Mary helped me with my first home purchase just over a year ago in my pursuit to the rental property side of things. Having a few rental properties of her own, she could quickly and efficiently answer all my questions and add with what I didn't even consider. During the midst of this property pandemic (bidding wars and crazy prices), she managed to find me my perfect location (at below asking price). When I decided to sell, I knew I wanted Mary on my side and she made things effortless during the whole process. Would highly recommend as she is very driven and puts her clients before anything. Mary is so patient, professional and knowledgeable. We looked at over 60 homes, wrote over 10 offers, and never once did she get frustrated or try to sell us on a home that she knew wasn't a good fit for us. She gave us outstanding advice, answered all of our questions, and had a strong knowledge of the buying and home building process. We loved working with her! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

Mary is just the best!!! She really went above and beyond for me and gave just the right amount of advice where needed!
