Mark was an amazing agent! We weren't the easiest to deal with due to our currumstanses. He worked hard for us and did great with following up. He was easy to get in touch with was able to answer all our questions.

Mark is an amazing real estate agent. He was very patient with showing us as many properties as we wanted to see while making a decision. He was also fantastic while we dragged our 4 and 2 year old along as well. Mark helped us look at the positive and negatives of different houses for living in and also the resale of the house down the road. Mark actually helped us put in offers on a couple other houses before the house we got and he was very good at doing compatibles and being realistic. Due to our house not selling quick enough that is why we didn’t get those houses but on the other side we are very Halley we didn’t get those houses and we are where we are now. Since this house was not finished when we looked at it Mark was awesome and keeping us updated on how the finishes were coming along. He also brought the samples for the counters, cupboards, carpet all to show us at our old house. Mark is an awesome, honest realtor that wants what is best for his clients and for them to be happy in their new homes. I would definitely recommend Mark Street to anybody looking to buy a house.

Mark started the home search by first assessing my long terms goals and immediate needs. He considered, not only the price point of the home, but the long term value of the homes that he presented as options. He acted and advised in my long-term best interest and I felt confident that I was receiving sound advice. Every question was answered promptly, the details were handled efficiently and I was able to carry on with my very busy lifestyle while he worked out all the details. Mark was on time for all of the appointments and completed all of the paperwork within hours of receiving it. I'm very pleased with the home, the timeline for completion and the level of service that he provided.
